Do you offer vow renewal ceremonies?
Yes! We’re happy to host vow renewal ceremonies with any package except our “Signature of Love” package.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 3 to 6 months in advance for the best selection of dates. If your timeline is shorter, reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Can we tour the chapel before booking?
Absolutely! We offer scheduled tours so you can feel the warmth of our space and meet our team before making your decision.
When is the final payment due?
If you book more than 7 days before your wedding date, 50% is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 72 hours before your ceremony. If you book within 7 days of your wedding date, the full payment is due at booking.
What if I want to add services the day of my ceremony?
It would be our pleasure to assist you with your request, and we will do our very best to accommodate you. Some items are subject to availability, so it’s best to review all options and make any changes at least 72 hours in advance.
Do we need a Georgia marriage license to get married at Sacred Love Chapel?
Yes. You’ll need to obtain a valid Georgia marriage license before your ceremony. We do not issue licenses on-site, so please secure your license in advance and bring it with you on the day of your wedding. After your ceremony, we will send your license back to the appropriate probate court office at no additional charge, or you may choose to deliver it yourself.
Can we get married at Sacred Love even if we do not reside in GA?
Yes. Couples from outside Georgia are welcome to marry at Sacred Love Chapel. You’ll just need to obtain a valid Georgia marriage license before your ceremony. We’ll send simple instructions once you book.
What is included in your micro-wedding packages?
Our packages include exclusive use of the chapel, a professional officiant, curated floral decor, and foundational ceremony music to ensure a seamless experience.
Can we customize our ceremony details?
Yes! While our packages are curated for simplicity, we offer various add-ons and small personal adjustments to make your sacred journey uniquely yours.
What are the typical add-on options?
Popular add-ons include a champagne toast and cake exchange for the couple, and “Just Married” t‑shirts.
What are the deposit and payment terms?
For reservations made over a week in advance, a 50% deposit is required initially, with the rest settled one week before your event. If booking within 7 days of the wedding, the total cost must be covered at the time of purchase.
How do you handle rescheduling or cancellations?
We understand plans change. We offer rescheduling options based on availability, provided the request is made within our specified notice period.
What is your cancellation, rescheduling, and late arrival policy?
We know life happens, and we’ll always do our best to work with you. Rescheduling is based on availability, and a $75 rescheduling fee may apply. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your options together. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your ceremony may be shortened or rescheduled based on the schedule for that day. Your package price will remain the same.
Guest Limits & Logistics
What is the chapel's guest capacity?
Sacred Love Chapel is designed for intimate micro-weddings of up to 22 guests (including the couple).
Is there parking available on-site?
Yes, we provide ample complimentary parking directly adjacent to the chapel to ensure easy access for you and your guests.
Is the chapel wheelchair accessible?
Absolutely. Our facility is fully ADA compliant, featuring ground-level entry and accessible restrooms for all our visitors.
When should the couple and guests arrive?
We recommend the couple arrives 15 minutes before the ceremony start time, and guests arrive about 5 minutes early to get seated and settled.
Crafting the Day
May we bring our own decor and florals?
No. The chapel is already beautifully decorated and photo-ready for your ceremony.
Can we work with outside vendors?
To keep things stress-free, simple, and intimate, we do not allow outside planners, florists, or similar vendors to manage the ceremony on-site.
Is photography allowed during the ceremony?
Cell phones are welcome for personal photos and videos. Any professional photography or videography will require a $150 vendor fee add-on.
How do we coordinate music?
Our professional sound system is available for your ceremony. You may submit one special song request to our team, and we will do our best to include it.
Are rehearsals included?
This is a stress-free ceremony, so rehearsals are not provided. Our team will guide you through everything on the day of your ceremony.
